How we look after your child's information
- What I keep
- Child's first name, start year and course (Double or Triple), which weeks covered, homework marks and feedback, topic scores, and notes I share with you. No surnames, emails, addresses or photos.
- Who can see it
- Only you (with the PIN) and me. My private teaching notes are never shown on this page. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone else, and no data is sent to advertisers or other companies.
- Where it's stored
- Securely on Cloudflare's servers. PINs are stored scrambled, never as plain numbers; repeated wrong PINs lock the account for 15 minutes.
- Your choices
- Ask me any time to see, correct or delete everything held about your child. Deleted when tutoring ends — ask me and I'll remove the account. One essential cookie keeps you signed in — no tracking or analytics cookies.
